2. Click to the camera manufacturer’s official site. They will almost be set in a very obvious place. And these site are very easy be parted from other un-official sites. As Canon’s official site is http://www.canon.com, Nikon’s official site is http://www.nikon.com. And you can get to you local place site from there official site such as Canon UAS: http://www.usa.canon.com
3. Find the options as these kind ”service and support”,”service & support” in their home page navigation, and click to these pages.
4. Find the divers you want for it. (For some sites, you can get to the diver site directly from the home page.)
5. Find your camera model in the right classify as the manufacturer maybe have other products as camcorders and so on.
Note: Some site you will find the step5 are ahead of the step4.
